About this game
Gravity Flip is a one-button endless runner with a single trick up its sleeve: at any moment you can pin yourself to the floor or to the ceiling. Your pink square runs forward on its own; spikes jut up from below and down from above; your job is to read which side is safe and tap to switch gravity before the spike arrives. Get it right and the player lands instantly on the other surface, runs on, and the world rolls past faster as your distance grows. Get it wrong and you walk straight into a spike, the run ends, and your distance is saved as your best. There is no jump, no slide, no double-input combo - just one beat of timing per gap. The pace ramps up gradually until even seasoned runners are juggling flips like a metronome. Quick to start, satisfying to nail.
Tips & tricks
- Look ahead, not at your own square. The next spike is always more important than the current floor.
- Flip just before the spike, not when you see it - travel time between sides is part of the timing.
- If you're at speed, double-flips (down-up-down) read worse than single committed flips. Cleanest wins.
- When pairs of spikes line up, hold the side that gives you the longest safe runway after the flip.
- Stuck at the same distance? Slow your tap pacing for ten seconds; rhythm beats reflex here.
