1. The service

lithappy.com offers free browser-based HTML5 casual games. The Site is provided "as is" with no guarantee of continuous availability or fitness for a particular purpose.

• attempt to disrupt, overload, or attack the Site or its infrastructure;
• attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code beyond what is delivered to your browser for normal play;

All source code, copy, SVG artwork, and game implementations on the Site are © SurgeLit LLC unless explicitly noted otherwise. The "lithappy" name and logo are trademarks of SurgeLit LLC.

No game on the Site uses third-party brands, names, or copyrighted characters; if you believe an item infringes your rights, see the DMCA section.

4. Third-party services

The Site may use third-party services such as Google Analytics 4, Google AdSense (once enabled), and Cloudflare. Those services have their own terms; their use of your data is governed by their own privacy policies referenced in our Privacy Policy.

5. Advertising

When AdSense is enabled, the Site may display advertisements provided by Google. We do not control the content of those advertisements. We do not endorse any advertiser or product.

6. Disclaimer

The Site is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SurgeLit LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising from your use of the Site. Our aggregate liability for any claim relating to the Site is limited to USD 100.

8. DMCA / copyright complaints

If you believe content on the Site infringes your copyright, send a DMCA notice to [email protected] including: a description of the work, the URL on the Site, your contact information, a statement of good-faith belief, a statement under penalty of perjury that the information is accurate and that you are authorised to act, and your physical or electronic signature.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming, United States.
