About this game
Lane Runner is the lithappy take on the classic endless runner. Three pastel lanes scroll past you, dotted with two things: red blocks you absolutely must dodge, and golden coins you almost certainly want. Switch lanes with a key tap or a finger swipe to thread the gap. As your distance grows the lanes flow faster, so the calm opening seconds melt into a real reflex test by the end. Coins are worth ten points each and stack on top of your distance score; greedy runs - grabbing every coin even when it means swerving across a stuffed lane - rack up huge scores when they survive but die fast when they don't. Your best score is saved between sessions so each restart is a friendly nudge from your past self. Smooth, addictive and short enough that just one more is always true.
Tips & tricks
- Always be looking two beats ahead - your eyes should be where your runner will be, not where she is now.
- Skip a coin if grabbing it means a tricky double-swerve. Distance pays more than greed.
- Late game, commit to one lane for a beat instead of dancing across all three. Indecision is what kills runs.
- When the screen fills with obstacles, look for the lane with the longest empty stretch, not the closest gap.
- If you sense an unfair pattern, take a breath. The spawn is random, not a trap; the next two seconds will reset.
